Returns & Refunds Policy
At Dog Collar Media we want you to love your order. Because every Console League tee is printed on demand especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing — so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrectly printed, we’ll always make it right. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at dogcollarmedia@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue.
You won’t need to return your item — just send us the photo and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away. No trips to the post office, no return shipping costs. We’ve got you covered.
What We Can’t Cover
We’re unable to offer returns or refunds for:
• Change of mind or ordering the wrong size — please use our size guide before purchasing
• Shipping delays caused by Printful or third party carriers
• Minor colour variations between screens — colours may appear slightly different depending on your device display
A Note on Heather Fabric
Our tees are printed on Bella Canvas 3001 in heather black — a premium blank chosen deliberately for its vintage character. Heather fabric has a naturally textured appearance where the mixed yarn fibres show slightly through the print. This is not a defect — it’s an intentional part of the aesthetic and gives each tee its unique, worn-in feel.
