Shipping policy

All orders from Dog Collar Media are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Tapstitch. Because each item is produced specifically for you please allow for both a production and a shipping window as outlined below.

Production Time

Every order goes into production once it's placed. Production typically takes 2-4 business days before your item ships.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimated and begin once your order leaves production. They vary by destination:

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item, destination, and order quantity. Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels if products are fulfilled from different facilites.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, though a small number of countries/regions may have restricted delivery. If your country is unavailable at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship there.

If we're unable to confirm delivery details on an international order, it may be held for up to 90 days before being returned or disposed of - so please make sure your contact details and address are correct at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at dogcollarmedia@gmail.com and we will work with you to sort it out.
